Heritage Inventory Description
DOUGLAS LANE HOUSE RUIN - Heritage Inventory Description
House ruin. The house has been burnt down recently. Three chimneys on granite foundations remain standing although there are no visible footings for the house. A brick lined pit lies to the west of the house. A burnt out machinery shed is to the south west of the house. There are traces of garden fences and a scatter of metal fragments.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Low archaeological significance (1) and low local historical significance.
