The site contains concrete floors for stables, change rooms, two boiler settings, an air shaft plenum chamber, winding machinery foundations, exhaust fan machinery foundations, the remains of a lamp room.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Medium cultural significance. The site provides the best collection of features associated with an air shaft on public land. The site marks the northern limit of the eastern workings.
