      ` All the wall at Fitzroy Pool along Young Street containing the 'Aqua Profonda' sign marked B1 on Diagram 1687 held by the Executive Director.2. All the land extending to three metres from the base of the wall on the pool side, being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 3238 Folio 557, and land extending to two metres from the base of the wall on the Young Street road reserve marked L1 on Diagram 1687 held by the Executive Director.'
