Statement of Significance
The house at 29 Kings Avenue, St Arnaud is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. It is associated with residential developments in St Arnaud in the 19th century and demonstrates some important design qualities. These qualities include the hipped roof form, horizontal weatherboard wall cladding, hipped verandah, galvanised corrugated iron roof cladding, and the timber framed windows. The setting on the large site also contributes to the streetscape.
