Norfolk Island Pine, 35 Beach Street, Queenscliff - Physical Description 1
Extract from the 2009 study
The Norfolk Island pine at 35 Beach Street is a very large specimen. Compared to other large specimens in Queenscliff, it is in poor condition. This is partially the result of pruning for power line clearance. The pruning also reduces the tree's amenity value. The tree may recover if the power lines are relocated and the pruning ceases. The tree is approximately 23.5m high and 9m wide.
