Box Hill War Memorial - Veterans Description for Public
The Box Hill War Memorial, on Whitehorse Road and Station Street, comprises of a soldier statue on a stone pedestal. Established on the 19th of February 1922; the memorial lists the names of ninety-eight soldiers who fell in the First World War. Next to the statue is a small stone monument thatcommemorates those who served in Korea, Malaya, Borneo and Vietnam.
