Waubra War Memorial - Veterans Description for Public
The Waubra War Memorial, on the Sunraysia Highway, is a concrete structure in the shape of a tomb topped with a concrete cross. There is a metal flagpole on the north -west side. A metal plaque on the cross features a wreath enclosing a torch and the inscription "Lest We Forget." A plaque on the west end of the memorial acknowledges it was opened by J.F. Granter, Minister of Water Supply, 2nd May 1980.
