Former Dairy - Physical Description 1
A complex of dairy buildings comprising dairy office, dairy works buildings, brick house and also possibly the first Irelands wooden house (not visible from the street).
The brick house of standard post-world war one form is incorporated into the dairy by an attached one and two storeyed building of render and tapestry brick. This is ruled into broken courses and set under a hipped terracotta roof. Beyond , and separated by the yard entrance is a dairy works building similarly detailed. This building is likely to be the 1939 building.
