Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
This is a typical bungalow design adapted for a small site and its integrity is excellent. It has original materials of weatherboards and shingles and corrugated iron on the roof. The front elevation is dominated by the front gable and the flat roofed verandah and window hood which returns to the front door on the east side. Other notable elements are the leadlight windows, the verandah columns, the unpainted brickwork on the chimneys and pillars, the timber balustrade, the paint colours and the wire fence and hedge.
