DESCRIPTION
This building is a typical cottage with a gabled roof traversing a small block and set close to the front boundary. It is clad in weatherboards and has a corrugated iron roof. There is a verandah which is a later addition. The only remaining decorative elements are the wooden finials at the apex of the gable ends.
