STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A simple timber Californian Bungalow built in 1923. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this style and historically significant in evoking life in the period in Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A double-fronted simple, timber Californian Bungalow, with a broad gable-roof facing. A minor gable projects at left, supported on brick pylons, over the recessed verandah. The upper gables jetty on convex joists, with the eaves supported on purlins. There is a plate-top chimney with a pot and two canted bays at front and left side rear, with leadlight upper sashes.
