Shelford War Memorial - Veterans Description for Public
The Shelford War Memorial, on Shelford Road, was unveiled on April 16th 1999. The memorial comprises of a large boulder and plaque dedicated to three fallen Second World War servicemen. The inscription reads, "Pass not this stone in sorrow but in pride and may you live nobly as they died."
