Careful removal of the paint from the quoinwork and a more sympathetic colour scheme would greatly enhance the character of this building as would a more sympathetic verandah and lower floor facade.

DESCRIPTION
The two storey building is built to the site boundary with an angled corner. The walls and chimney are rendered brick and the hipped roof is clad with corrugated iron. The render was possibly applied about 1880 when chimneys designs such as this were popular. The upper floor windows appear to have sandstone enframements and sills similar to 100 Pakington Street. The decorative qouinwork at the wall angles also appears to me made of sandstone and it is possibly contrasted with red brickwork as was common in the 1850's. the lower floor has been extensively altered and a cantilevered verandah erected.
