Statement of Significance
C Listed - Local Significance
A characteristic and most intact early Californian Bungalow, built in 1926. It is architecturally significant as a representative of this style, relatively undecorated. It is historically significant as a representative embodiment of the way of life in 1920s Newtown
INTACTNESS: Excellent
CONDITION: Fair. The ground has risen to verandah floor level. The timber is deteriorating. It need repainting.

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
A hiproofed timber early Bungalow, with gables projecting at right front and centre right, and a gabled attic facing, centre. Gables are on purlins, with rectangular vents over battered shingles. The verandah returns, partly at left, across the front as a flat skillion, under the gable, then partly at right. It has plain bevelled posts with capitals. Casement windows are in a bank offive at left with geometric leadlight. At, the angle is a three-quarter bow window, with a shingled spandrel. There is a garage at rear.
