Statement of Significance
STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic timber Edwardian triple-fronted house built in 1909. It is architecturally significant locally as representative of this domestic style and historically significant as embodying Edwardian family life in Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
The right bay is set forward as a gable. Its central section projects further over a canted bay supported on decorative brackets with mouldings, with a window-hood also on deep brackets. The deep freeze, with its mould, is rough cast. The panelled door has leadlight side and fanlights.
