Residence - Physical Description 1
The single storey timber building is clad in weatherboards with wide, decorative boards on the south elevation. The hipped roof and convex verandah are clad in corrugated iron. The central front door has narrow side-lights which appear to have been boarded. To the west of the front door is a bay window tucked under the verandah roof and to the east is a double-hung window. The elaborate doorway and asymmetry formed by the bay window are characteristic features of buildings of the Late Victorian period as is the delicate and elaborate cast iron lace of the verandah and columns.
