Residence - Physical Description 1
This house is composed of basic Edwardian features such as the window hoods, roof formation and timber fretwork. However it is noteworthy for its unusual placement of the small projecting gable with wall decoration on the typanum and the chimney which has been placed diagonally to the axis of the house. The picket fence appears to be contemporary with the house.
