Offices - Physical Description 1
42 Little Ryrie Street is an Early Victorian semi-detached double storey building. It has a high degree of integrity despite unsympathetic treatment of external surfaces with a texture finish, and inappropriate paint colours and signage. The asymmetrical facade features double hung sash windows and two large window openings. The roof is a simple hip with no eaves and has a corbelled brick chimney. The building retains its corner entry, flat arched openings to windows and projecting sills. The timber skillion addition to the rear has a Victorian window architrave. The building is sited to the street line on both frontages in a prominent corner location.
