DESCRIPTION
100 Maud Street is a detached single fronted stone residence retaining Early Victorian details. The substantially intact asymmetrical facade is rendered and has simple openings, including two windows with sill projections on the first floor, and on the ground floor a window and entrance to the side. The west side wall is rendered in part and unrendered towards the rear of the site. The east wall remains unrendered and the bluestone can be clearly seen. The roof is hipped at one end and a gable at the other, and is concealed by a parapet. Other features include a cornice capping the ground floor, rendered quoining to the first floor, and an appropriate iron palisade fence and gate. The building is positioned close to the street.
