Although this window was originally part of a church, it is now part of a residential redevelopment ofthe former church it was retained and became the feature of the stairwell, open to the mezzaine floor above. The image of Sir Galahad gained popularity as a subject for soldier memorial, usually, as here, taken from the GF Watts painting of Sir Galahad (1862).
