HAYWARD LANE EAST ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRECINCT - History
According to historic plans from 1855 onward, the site has had a variety of functions and uses related to domestic life, timber processing and distribution, and commercial use.The site has a high potential to contain historical archaeological deposits, features and artefacts associated with these mid-19th to early 20th century activities.
