      Residence - Physical Description 1

      Mostly intact villa with symmetrical facade, return verandah infilled (east side) & addition to side, in line with facade. Bi-chrome brick walls (tuck-pointed) & chimneys, hipped roof clad in slate, timber brackets to eaves, verandah with cast iron frieze, fluted columns with capitals, tiled deck, basalt step & later metal balustrade, timber sash windows with basalt sills, timber door with highlights & sidelights.
