Statement of Significance
The building at 23 Clifton Springs Road is believed to have been the local Drysdale bakery. It is documented as a bakery from 1918. The single storey early Victorian weatherboard dwelling is constructed in a simple style and has good integrity. The former bakery has historic and social value to the Drysdale community because of the bakery business conducted there for many years.
