STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A large plain timber Californian Bungalow built in 1925. It is architecturally significant locally as characteristic of this style and historically significant as physical evidence of life in 1920s Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A large plain timber Bungalow, with a gable roof facing. Windows have 4 to 6 panes in the upper sash. There is a central gable-roof facing, as a porch, with a red brick balustrade and piers. Its gable has shingles and jettys on joists. Purlins are supported on timber barges.
