Why is it significant?
Of aesthetic significance, as a good representitive example of an inter-war brick bungalow which retains many original features, including its garage and perimeter fencing. (AHC Criterion E.1)

HOUSE, GARAGE & FRONT FENCE - Physical Description 1
The house at 75 Nicholson Street, Coburg (on the south-west corner of Rennie Street) is a large clinker brick interwar bungalow with a steeply pitched glazed terracotta tiled gabled roof. The house retains its original clinker brick double garage (doors replaced) and low clinker brick fence and clipped hedge. The house's features include: two tall clinker brick chimneys, attic window in the main body of the roof, decorative brick bracketing terminating the eave line, projecting concrete flat roof entrance, and a mix of window types including multi-pane and double-hung sash as well as mixed plate glass panes.
