The house at 75 Davies Street, Brunswick is of local aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.
Why is it significant?
Of aesthetic significance, as an intact example of a transitional late Edwardian bungalow of an unusual and individual design, which is complemented by the front fence and gates. (AHC Criterion E.1)

HOUSE - Physical Description 1
The house at 75 Davies Street, Brunswick is an unusual transitional late Edwardian house featuring a complex hip and gable corrugated iron roof with iron ridge capping and finials incorporating a return verandah that is supported on simple timber posts with decorative shallow arches spanning the verandah posts There are two bay windows fronting onto the verandah and a range of external wall finishes including weatherboard, decorative timber shingles and stucco/roughcast. There is an early wire fence and gates along the front boundary.
Verandah posts at one corner have been removed to accommodate a lean-to carport addition, but the house is otherwise very intact externally. The condition is fair.HOUSE - Physical Conditions
