MINNAWARRA - Physical Description 1
Minnawarra is a single storey rendered Italianate villa, probably of brick construction, with a hipped slated roof with bracketed eaves and a return cast iron verandah clad with corrugated iron. The street elevation has rendered quoining and a tripartite double-hung sash window on the projecting bay.
