Statement of Significance
Built in c1926 for a gardner named Arthur Terry, this Californian Bungalow displays the style's typical Australian elements (broad terra-cotta clad gabled roofs and clinker brick) with less typical parts being the rough stone porch pillars and swagged stone and brick fence, with its pergola gateway. The house and setting are externally original, lending the house historical interest as a complete exemplar of one of Australia's most intensive house building eras.
