Statement of Significance
This single-storied cottage was constructed by Maurice Driscoll, stonemason, as his own home after 1855. In that year, Driscoll was living on the site in a timber cottage. This single-storied, bluestone cottage is characterised by its distinctive detailing, the round chimneys being most unusual.

2010 Note: Cottage restored with additions c.2008.
