Statement of Significance
A parish church of 1866-7, charming in appearance, and unusual in its use of rudimentary Norman style features like round arched windows and label moulds and a billet-moulded eave. The King family, pastoral pioneers in Gippsland, was largely responsible for establishing the church and for defraying the costs of the building.
