Outstanding example of species
Located at Anzac Hostel,'Kamesburgh', this attractive specimen is unusual in cultivation in Victoria. Macadamia integrifolia is a rainforest species endemic to Queensland. It is also known as the smooth-shelled macadamia, bush nut, nut oak, Queensland nut, Bauple nut or bopple nut.Macadamia, like banksias, waratahs and grevilleas, are members of the Proteaceae family.
