Outstanding example of species
Only two examples of this species are known in Victoria, the other occurs at the former Taylor and Sangster nursery, Mt Macedon. This tree is the largest recorded: its height is outstanding. The glossy, dark green long needles are an attractive feature. The tree displays outstanding form, retaining foliage close to the ground.
It is located west of the cottage.
