206 LITTLE BOURKE STREET - Heritage Inventory Description
1866 - building on site. 1880 - 2 storey building. 1888 & 1905 - 2 storey building. Brick shop pair at # 204-206. 206 leased during 1890s to Hang Yick, fancy goods seller. Shops rebuilt (extended and refacaded) in 1901. Chinese occupation continued: Quong Hie Loy, until 1920s; Fruit merchant Leong Hong Cheong c.1930; 1960s Wing Ching Cheong & Co. Trading Co.
