Land sold at fourth sale 1839. 1850 - building on site? Pharmacy operating from building on site from 1868-1970s. First occupier Mr E Guthiel, Chemist; Henry Gamble, Chemist 1875-83; James Lacey 1884-1900. Now used as a bank.
Heritage Inventory Significance: HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE: THIS BUILDING HAS OPERATED AS A PHARMACY SINCE 1868.
