Statement of Significance
The brick shop in Raglan Street, St. Arnaud is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. It is associated with commercial developments in St. Arnaud in the early 20th century and demonstrates some important design qualities. These qualities include brick parapet with decorative brick corbels and rendered capping, recessed rendered nameplate, and cantilevered verandah with pressed metal ceiling.
