Statement of Significance
The house at 13 Johnson Street, Stawell, is of aesthetic significance at a CONTRIBUTORY level in the Stawell Seaby Street precinct. Although altered the building retains qualities of an early twentieth century house. These qualities include the wide, steeply pitched hipped roof, the hipped front verandah, the central doorway with flanking windows and the brick external and internal chimneys.
