SHOWN ON THE 1855 PLAN AS BEING ON LOT 6, SECTION VII TOWNSHIP OF FOOTSCRAY BEING ONE OF FOUR LOTS PURCHASED BY THOMAS DELANY. SHOWN ON 1864 COX PLAN. NOT SHOWN ON THE 1877 PLAN. THE MMBW 1895 AND 1910 PLANS SHOW A PAIR OF WOODEN TERREACE FORM HOUSES ON THE SITE.Heritage Inventory Description
