House at 12 Electra Street - Physical Description 1
The house at 12 Electra Street is a single fronted Victorian cottage. It has an unusual form for its age, being parapeted and stuccoed; this being presumably from a c.1876 renovation when one room was added to the description (2).
The verandah has been altered, as have some stucco detail and the front door. There is a modern two storey addition at the rear. The fence is unsympathetic.
