STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic Edwardian house built in 1904. It is architecturally significant as representative of the Edwardian domestic style and as one of a group of 12 relatively intact and most varied in Aberdeen Street.
It is significant historically as a representative embodiment of the way of life in Edwardian Newtown.
Intactness: Very Good. The high brick fence is not appropriate.
Conditions and Threats: It needs maintenance. Neglect and traffic pollution and vibration.

Residence (Formerly "Cloyne") - Physical Description 1
A hip roofed, timber Edwardian house, with a projecting gable at left rear side. There is a verandah at front and the left side under the main root with a decorative rail valence, arched at entry, with fretwork brackets and a decorative balustrade and moulded posts. Windows have diamond leadlight and coloured glass. The central chimney has pots. Obscured.
