STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A?? Californian Bungalow built in ?. It is architecturally significant locally as a characteristic of this domestic style and historically as evocative of 1920's Newtown
INTACTNESS: Very good.
CONDITIONS AND THREATS: Very good. The high fence is not appropriate. The verandah floor has been replaced by a concrete slab, impeding sub-floor ventilation and potentially causing springy floors.

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
Simple double-fronted timber Californian Bungalow with a broad gabled roof facing. A minor gable projects at tight over the verandah, supported on brick piers. This has a canted bay window. Upper gables are roughcast with rectangular louvred vents. Windows are leadlight easements. The door has a top light and another in the side light. (Obscured)
