Hamilton Primary School WWI Memorial Tablets - Veterans Description for Public
Several War Memorial Tablets are located on the walls of the quadrangle in Hamilton Primary School at 42 Grey Street. The tablets are dedicated to the First World War, listing the names of those who served. There is also a tablet specifically dedicated to the Gallipoli landing on 25th April 1915, inscribed with an extract from General Ian Hamilton's speech commending the ANZAC's performance.
