STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A simple timber Californian Bungalow built in 1923. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this style and historically significant in evoking life in the period in Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A double-fronted simple, timber Californian Bungalow, with a broad gable-roof facing. A minor gable projects at left, supported on brick pylons, over the recessed verandah. The upper gables have rectangular louvred vents and shingles jettying on convex joists, with the eaves supported on purlins. There is a plate-top chimney, with a pot and two canted bays at front and left side rear, with leadlight upper sashes.
