STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A timber Bungalow built in 1925. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this style and historically significant as physical evidence of life in 1920s Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A simple timber double-fronted Californian Bungalow, with a broad gable-roof facing. A minor gable projects from this at left, supported on exposed purlins and convex brackets, with shingles, jettying over joists and canted bay, with leadlight upper sashes. The major gable has a vertical boarded upper section, also on brackets. Obscured.
