STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A timber Californian Bungalow built in 1923. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this domestic style and historically significant as evidence of life in Newtown in the 1920s.

Very Good. The high fence is not appropriate

Residence - Physical Description 1
A double-fronted, timber Californian Bungalow, with its gable-roof facing. At left, a minor gable with a rectangular bay window under, projects. Gables have semi-circular vents. The verandah extends across the front, with a palisade rail valence and plain brackets.
