STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic Californian Bungalow built in 1922. Unusually, it is symmetrical.
It is architecturally significant locally as a characteristic Californina Bungalow. it is significant historically as a representative embodiment of the way of life in 1920s Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
Unusually, a symmetrical Californian Bungalow, double-fronted with major and minor gables nested and facing. There is a rectangular vent in the gable and the triple and quadruple windows have leadlight upper sashes.
