STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic timber Californian Bungalow built in 1925.
It is significant locally architecturally as representative of the Bungalow style and historically as a representative embodiment of the way of life in 1920s Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A double-fronted timber gable-roofed Californian Bungalow. The right bay projects and the low-pitched verandah extends around the angle, under the gable, projecting at rear right side. Upper gables are mock shingles, battered on bull-nosed triple brackets: with rectangular vents. Rafters are exposed. The right angle has a hollow bow window. There is an oculus at centre, a rectangular bay at the angle and the entrance at the side.
