SIGNIFICANCE
A timber Edwardian house built in 1925. It has architectural significance as a characteristic representative of this style and historical significance in embodying the comfortable way offamily life in Edwardian Newtown and its values.
INTACTNESS - Very Good. The hich picket fence is recent and not appropriate.
CONDITION - Very Good

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
A triple-fronted, hip-roofed timber Edwardian house. Right and left side rear bays project as gables, with the verandah returning around the angle, under the hip. Chimneys have deep, brick mouldings and strip decoration, with terracotta pots. Upper gables jetty on decorative ogee brackets, clad with mock shingles, with turned finials, over a skillion windowhood on piecrust fretwork brackets, with latticework. The verandah valence is a palisade, with diagonal latticework over a moulded rail, with Rococo brackets an square Doric timber posts. The fourpanelled entrancedoor has side and fanlights. There is an embossed copper nameplace. (Obscured) .
