A relatively undecorated late 1930s villa built in 1912. It has architectural significance as a representative ofthis style and historical significance as a representative embodiment oflate 1930s life in Newtown.

DESCRIPTION
A relatively undecorated doublefronted, 1930s brown brick villa, with a Marseilles terracotta tile hipped roof It is rendered above a plain dado band. The left side bay projects, with a flat hood. The porch now infilled is in the angle under the hip. Windows are pairs, set forward on ogee brackets upper sashes are sic-paned geometric leadlightThe chimney has pots. There is a skillion garage at right, rear.
