HOUSE - Physical Description 1
A two-storey rendered Italianate villa, asymmetrical with 2-storey canted bay and L-shaped 2-storey verandah with cast-iron lace, retains decorative timber shade covers to upper windows of canted bay, originally identical to nos. 5 & 10.
The original hip roof above canted bay was altered c1920s to a sgable with shingle and modillion details. There is a new carport at rear.
