FORMER BREWERY - History
The site first operated as the Norfolk Brewery (1854-70's) and then its name was changed to Bruce's Bendigo Brewery (1870's). The brewery was later re-used as a jam factory and then a furniture warehouse.FORMER BREWERY - Historical Significance
The site first operated as the Norfolk Brewery (1854-70's) and then its name was changed to Bruce's Bendigo Brewery (1870's). The brewery was later re-used as a jam factory and then a furniture warehouse. Remnants of the brewery (including walls, roof of an adjoining GI building, and cellar survive) but there have been many additions, repairs and extensions.

The site is a mid to late 19th century brewery. The property still contains sections of the original buildings.

The site is mainly built over (brick and GI roof structures) with many additions, repairs and extensions. There are two small car parking areas associated with the buildings.
